50 years of Neglect

50 years of weather, neglect and vandlism This is the former barracks in Whittier Alaska. It, and another, were abandon about 50 years ago and left to rot. It rains, it snows, it's subject to random vandalism. But the poured concrete and cinderblock building just won't die. When it rains, it occasionally floods parts of the building. We found standing water several feet deep in the auditorium. It's a wonderful example of weathering.
